Beyonce stopped by the Today show to promote her new number #1 album I Am Sasha Fierce. Beyonce is also doing press for her new movie role as Etta James in Cadillac Records which is already earning Bey rave reviews in Variety. The film Cadillac Records stars Oscar Winner Adrien Brody, Geoffrey Wright, Gabrielle Union and Mos Def. Despite her hectic schedule Beyonce managed to get in some date time with her husband Jay-Z while sitting courtside at the NY Knicks vs Cleveland Cavaliers basketball game. The Knicks lost to the Lebron James led Cleveland Cavaliers with the final score 119 Cavalieres to 101 Knicks.

Beyonce and Jay-Z were named by Forbes Magazine as Hollywood’s top earning couple. Congrats to the power couple.

Earning a total of 162 million dollars between June 1, 2007 and
June 1, 2008, Beyonce Knowles and hubby Jay-Z are Hollywood’’s
Top-Earning Couple.

The star couple pipped Will Smith and his actress wife Jada Pinkett
Smith, both of whom bank 85 million dollars, to nab the number one
crown by Forbes magazine.

David Beckham and his wife Victoria ranked 3rd on the list with collective earnings of 58 million dollars. source

Cadillac Records is scheduled to be released theatrically on December 5th.

Beyonce is fierce indeed, topping the national sales chart this week with her new two-CD set “I Am … Sasha Fierce,” which sold 482,000 copies during its first week in stores. It’s one of several new releases breaking into the top 10 as the final weeks leading up to Christmas heat up the action from some of pop music’s heaviest hitters. source

Beyonce was beautiful wearing a black Dolce & Gabanna dress to the Cadillac Records red carpet premiere. Beyonce is also producing the film and sings on the movie soundtrack. Cadillac Records is helmed by female director Darnell Martin. Beyonce was joined at the premiere and after party by beautiful starlets Gabrielle Union, Sanaa Lathan, Lauren London and Regina Hall. UPDATE: Britney Spears gave a live performance in Germany at the Bambi Awards. Watch Britney’s lipsynched performance on stage. Brit looks exactly like Madonna in her top hat and fishnets. It wasn’t that great but it also wasn’t as bad as her meltdown on stage at the VMAs.

It was definitely Rihanna’s year and Riri has quickly taken Britney Spear’s top A list spot on the top of the charts and around the world . Britney Spears’ tragic meltdown hurt her public image and according to Forbes the negative overexposure decreased the value for her endorsements. Britney Spears was ranked as having the least valuable celebrity face.

If it were just about frequency, Britney Spears would have topped our list. In fact, she landed more than 30 covers this year, but proved a bust with readers, ranking dead last in both our likability and cover sales categories.

People Managing Editor Larry Hackett says Spears is a case of editors going to the well too often without much new to say. “The way people are covered these days, even if you were Cleopatra, people would get tired of you,” he says. “You just can’t be covered 24/7 and remain that interesting.”

Still, Spears no longer ranks last in our rankings–a dubious title she earned last year. Instead, Hollywood’s top-earning tween Miley Cyrus loses this time around, scoring poorly in all three categories. While there’s no doubt she’s powerful and popular, it seems the Hannah Montana star’s appeal isn’t broad enough for the celebrity weekly set. source

We must admit she does look a lot better. Snippets from BritBrit’s upcoming Circus music video have also been leaked. Entertainment Tonight is scheduled to premiere the music video on December 5th. Britney’s Album is dropping on December 2nd which is also her 27th birthday. Her new revealing MTV documentary airs on Sunday November 30th.
