Eminem got into a fight with Sacha Baron Cohen aka Bruno at the MTV Movie Awards.

It’’s now been confirmed that the publicity stunt when Bruno landed in Em’s lap and rubbed his bare bottom in his face was staged.  Eminem pretended he wasn’t in on the Borat star’s prank and stormed out of the show.  Taraji Henson weighed in on the incident and admitted it was completely staged. Taraji is a really honest down to earth person who speaks her mind so we believed her once she made her point because it makes sense.

“That was staged!,” she told USA TODAY’s Kelley L.Carter. “Do you really think it wasn’t? They would not put a man’s naked (butt) in Eminem’s face and not let him know. Come on! They’re not stupid,” she said. “When something crazy didn’t jump off, I was like, ‘Oh, OK! He knew!’ [USA TODAY]

Can you believe Eminem agreed to get teabagged and 69′d?  There goes his hip hop thug street cred.

Andy Samberg’s head writer on the MTV Movie Awards, Scott Aukerman, now admits that the controversial Bruno/Eminem stunt was completely staged and rehearsed.
Which means that Slim Shady — who appeared to be utterly horrified at the sight of Bruno’s privates and later stormed out of the Universal Ampitheatre in anger — is a much better actor than he proved in “Eight Mile.” Why, he’s poised to be the new Sean Penn!

According to the Pop and Hiss blog, after a day of silence from Slim Shady and MTV, Aukerman wrote on his Tumbler: “Yes, the Eminem-Bruno incident was staged. They rehearsed it at dress [rehearsal] and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show.”

What about the angry look Eminem gave Cohen’s buttocks? Just acting.

And that serious storm-out? According to TV Guide, “Most of the big celebs came, did their thing and left.” [LA TIMES]
