Lindsay Lohan is being sued for allegedly stealing the formula for her spay-tan.
Jennifer Sunday is suing the Mean Girls star and her business partner, claiming they stole her tanning recipe for her Sevin Nyne line of spray-tanning products, E Online reports.
Sunday has filed a lawsuit accusing Lindsay and Las Vegas-based entrepreneur Lorit Simon of breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations, and deceptive and unfair trade practices.
Sunday claims she was shocked to discover her “Sunless Secret” ingredients were stolen for the 35 US dollar LiLo-branded Sevin Nyne – named after the star’s lucky numbers – which is now on sale.
Sunday’s legal representative told E! news: “It was initially envisionsed Sunday would manufacture the product and ship out the spray to Ms. Simons’ company.
“Now we see Ms Lohan taking credit for having created Ms Sunday’s formula and product.” [source]

The young lady should to be doing far more than ninety days in prison, anything much less and I believe would be to total insult towards legal system. Lindsay is already getting off scot-free just because she’s a famous person. It completely sends an unacceptable message, in particular to the yougsters that look up to her as a role model. I’m learning now that she will probably only wind up serving 14 days of her 90 day sentence. I guess driving even though hammered is not actually so poor after all- the stuff these famous people get away with is absolutely horrible.
