Jay-Z’s new album The Blueprint 3 has leaked on the web but this is not a concern of the hip hop star. Jay-Z has been getting alot of positive buzz and has actually been seen around NYC socializing with his beautiful wife Beyonce. OMG..gasp…we are overwhelmed by the amount of PDA’s these two are showing everyone lately.
Beyonce and Jay-Z were surprise guests at the final installment of the Jelly live performance pool party in Brooklyn. We were completely amazed by Jay-Z’s new HP commercial for the Blueprint 3 where he reproduces has album covers. This is some brillant shiz…. The Blueprint 3 drops on September 11th and Jay-Z announced his charity benefit concert to give back to 9/11 victims. Beyonce made another appearance at her husband’s side to support the cause.

Rapper Jay-Z today formally unveiled plans for a charity concert called “Answer The Call” to take place at Madison Square Garden (MSG) on Sept. 11. All tickets will be priced at $50, with 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales and concert merchandise going to New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund.
“This all came about September 10, 2001. I was in Los Angeles shooting a video. The album was to come out the next day. On that day, I got a phone call and a friend of mine said, ‘turn the TV on.’ I turned the TV on and I saw the World Trade Center on fire,” Jay-Z said today before a room full of media at MSG.
“I turned the TV on September 12 and I saw footage of these heroic actions, people running to buildings and saving each other and I saw the strength of New York,” Jay-Z continued. “It made me proud. So, as I was embarking on putting out ‘Blueprint 3,’ it was only right that we revisit that day. This is my chance to do something to help out.”
Jay-Z’s eleventh studio album, “Blueprint 3,” will be released the same day as the concert. The show will be televised live on Fuse TV, one of the sponsors of the event.
In attendance at the formal announcement today was Governor David Patterson, Manhattan Borough president Scott Stringer; Stephen Dannhauser, president and CEO of the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund; NYC Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta; MSG Entertainment president Jay Marciano; Mike Bair, president of MSG Media; Jay-Z’s wife, singer Beyonce; and Warner Music Group’s executive VP Kevin Liles.
