Jay Leno made some jokes about David Letterman’s extortion sex scandal. Hollywood veteran Leno seems confident enough that he doesn’t have any intern stories or skeletons in his closet. A former lover of David Letterman confessed that she used to be a college intern but was dumped by Letterman because of their age difference. Extortion suspect Robert Halderman was freed on bail after he was charged with shaking down Letterman.
After spending years discussing the downfalls of celebrities, it was David Letterman’s turn to be on the receiving end of some sharp-tongued treatment last night.
The talkshow host sensationally admitted on his show that he had been blackmailed over a number of affairs with members of his staff.
No wonder Letterman’s major rival, Jay Leno, could not resist making a joke of the situation on his own chat show.
