wendy chrisChris Brown is continuing his album promo/apology tour with more television appearances. The R&B singer stopped by 106 & Park for a chat with Rocsi to explain why he was “sorry” beating the shiz out of Rihanna.  Breezy admitted that he watched the explosive 20/20 interview where Rihanna told the world he was a wife beater.  Chris still wants Rihanna not to talk about what happened on the night he brutally assaulted her.  Chris Brown shouldn’t hit women and then he won’t have to worry about what they have to say.  Chris Brown is scheduled to debut his “Changed Man” “Crawl“”music video today on the Wendy Williams show.  Wendy Williams promised her viewers that the Chris Brown interview will not result in a “swoop down” on the embattled singer.  So we will tune in but fans can be sure not to expect the usual unpredictable Wendy Williams drama.  Rihanna will debut her new music video for the hit single “Russian Roulette” on 20/20.

Here is some of the transcript from the BET 106 & Park Interview:

Chris Brown: I think, me personally, I can only be a man and just accept the fact that I was wrong for what I did and own up to the fact for what I done and accept the responsibility for what I done Of course, I resepect her decision, I personally wanted to keep the situation private, but at the end of the day, it’s her decision

Rocsi: Do you understand the seriousness of the situation?

Chris Brown: Of course, I think with the situation, it’s not something you can take lately, naah it’s a really serious situation

Rocsi: Do you feel sorry for yourself?

Chris Brown: I don’t think I would be human if I didn’t feel sorry for myself, I do feel like it’s a mistake I made and I was embarrassed for the mistake I made,  so it’s something I’m gonna have to live with, but I’m gonna change

Rocsi: Do you realize that they don’t feel that you’re sincere. Is that frustrating?

Chris Brown: It’s not frustrating, because if I can a lot of kids and a lot of people overcome this situation then that’s what I was put on this earth to do, to help as many people as possible

Rocsi: What do you say to the people that think that your violence was warranted?

Chris Brown: Violence is never warranted… it’s all about you, the choices and the decisions you make will change your future, so regardless of whatever situation pops off in your scenario it’s on you to control your emotions and your anger and how you deal with certain things

Rocsi: You seem to use humor and lightheartedness to explain this situation, do you understand how seriously people take this matter?

Chris Brown: I think what people kinda got the wrong notion of is that I use my smile and my laughter to… block how I’m feeling. Even If I’m at the worst part of my life, I’m just gonna smile… I can see now… I don’t know if I smile or what not how people are gonna take it, I just smile… to kinda smooth it over. I’m definitely remorseful by all means…[source]
