LeToya Luckett debuted her highly anticipated “Regret” music video on BET. The former DC singer has been hit with rumors that her record label Capitol records has refused to properly promote the studio album “Lady Love”.
The video was directed by Parris and features a cameo from rapper Ludacris.
“Regret” appears in LeToya’s studio album “Lady Love” which has hit the market in August. Most recently, there was rumor that Capitol Records has refused to run any further promotional effort for the album which peaked at No. 12 on Billboard Hot 200.
This issue reportedly has prevented “Regret” and its official remix, which adds new beats and lyrics, being released. It was also said that the newly-debuted video was made only because fans have sent online petition to the company. There hasn’t been any comment just yet from LeToya and Capitol Records concerning the rumors. [source]
