Neon Magazine has issued an apology statement after they published a bogus article about Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z. Beyonce and her jigga man made a surprise appearance on stage during Alicia Keys’ MSG concert on wednesday night.
The couple hung out at the afterparty with R&B crooner Robin Thicke at his birthday party at 1Oak. The journalist who wrote the interview was terminated for writing that Beyonce and Jay-Z had a “marriage contract. Neon issued the following statement. Read the official draft that was sent to Binside TV from Beyonce’s record label.
NEON dissociates itself from the content of the interview with Ms. Knowles. NEON subscribes to a hight level standard of truthful journalism. Since Ingo Mocek has violated these standards severely, NEON has terminated all relationships with Mocek with immediate effect. We sincerely apologize with Ms. Knowles and her management for all personal inconvenience that may have arisen due to the publication of the interview.
Here is an excerpt with information about the interview:
Thanks to our good friends at MediaTakeOut, we got a translation from an interview that the Queen Of Music, Beyonce Knowles did recently with the German Magazine, Neon:
Interviewer: Is your life easier since you are multimillionaire?
Beyonce: The fear of the student, have no future, being dependent on her boyfriend, objectively weigh heavier than the fears that torment me. Only music from subjective feeling arises – and subjective fears, many musicians have lost. We feel pain and depression, just like other people. What separates us, is perhaps the price of butter. But all that is essential, I feel like every hard working woman.
Interviewer: For example?
Beyonce: For example, I believe that in my relationship with Jay-Z – as in any genuine relationship – not everything is easy. I want children – not now, later. He’s entirely not aware of that fact yet. I want to sit around at home, also times in a tracksuit pants. He assumes and believes that women even wear high heels just to go to the bathroom.
Interviewer: Apparently Jay-Z has to pay you ,in the case of a separation after two years of marriage, ten million dollars, for each additional year of marriage is added an additional one million.
Beyonce: Anyone who thinks so because of what? I do not deny that there is a marriage contract. I would encourage any woman getting married to put on such a treaty, it will gain more influence on self-esteem. For details, I don’t express myself . I am not here on trial.
Lady Gaga premiered her new music video for the song Telephone featuring Beyonce. In the short film directed and co-written by Paparazzi helmer Jonas Akerlund, Gaga plays a prison inmate who dances her way to freedom and calls her lover Beyonce to bail her out.
There are plenty of sapphic themes in the clip. Gaga makes out with a fellow prison inmate and flashes her snatch to prove she doesn’t have a penis.
Lady Gaga even shares a bite of Beyonce’s honey bun after she is rescued while they both ride together in their getaway car.
What does Jay-Z think about Beyonce sharing her honey bun with Lady Gaga?! What are you thoughts on the vid featuring a cameo from Tyrese?
Lady Gaga and Beyoncé’s anxiously awaited video for their The Fame Monster collaboration “Telephone” has arrived as a nine-minute-and-thirty-second mash-up of lesbian prison porn, campy sexploitation flicks and insidery winks at the two divas’ public personas. If Quentin Tarantino and Russ Meyer remade Thelma & Louise as an orgy of product placement with fiercely choreographed interludes, this would be the result. The video was scheduled to premiere on E! at 11:30 p.m. tonight, but hit the Internet early via a leak. Jonas Åkerlund, who previously helmed Gaga’s “Paparazzi” video, directed the clip.

T.I. is making his comeback with a new single called, “I’m Back”.
The self proclaimed “King” is jumping back on the scene with a clothing line and a movie career. The track can be downloaded on T.I.P’s official website.
T.I. took to the Internet to debut his new single, the appropriately-titled banger “I’m Back.” Coming in the wake of his release from jail (and on the heels of fellow high-profile MC Lil Wayne’s incarceration), “I’m Back” proves that Tip barely missed a beat while he was behind bars.
Over a powerful bounce beat care of TrackSlayerz (the latest homegrown talent from Tip’s Grand Hustle label), the King of the South spits a breathless four minutes of fire, declaring “No matter what they doing, they don’t do it like me.” The track also shouts out to fellow MCs Wayne, Gucci Maine and Lil Boosie, all of whom are currently serving prison sentences. The track is currently available for download at T.I.’s official Web site.
During a conference call just a few hours before the song premiered, Tip talked about his upcoming album (which remains untitled for now) and hinted at the possibility of a tour once his sentence was complete and he was out of a halfway house. He also pledged that he would get right back to the business of being one of the hottest rappers in the game. “As long as there is air in my esophagus, champ, I’mma keep going,” he said. “Nothing is gonna stop that. Nothing short of a 12 gauge is gonna stop me from doing what I do, champ. I just wanna say thank y’all and we gonna keep moving on.”

Rapper Kanye West has returned from a career break with the song “Coldest Winter” which was dedicated to his late mother Donda West. R.I.P Mother West.
Last month, Kanye West made a tentative return to caps-locked, stream-of-consciousness blogging, but new work seemed far off for the embattled rapper/producer/awards-show-saboteur. Today, however, Kanye’s own remix of his “808s & Heartbreak” track “Coldest Winter” gets an appropriately chilly video from Ye’s frequent director Nabil Elderkin. The Nordic-gothic vibe and levitating-woman-chased-through-the-woods plot has echoes of Royksopp’s fantastic “What Else Is There?” clip, apropos for a song about the breakup of West’s engagement and the loss of his mother. Though Kanye doesn’t make an appearance in it, the song’s edit is both epic and intimate, equal parts brutal taiko drums and ambient banshee shrieks and radio static. It’s a perfectly spooky tiptoe back into public creative life for Kanye.

BEYONCE VIZIO SUPERBOWL COMMERCIALA backlash has begun against Country singer Taylor Swift after the nation heard her lackluster live performance at the Grammys. Taylor won the sympathy of the country after Kanye West stormed the stage during her MTV VMA speech. Now people are starting to debate whether Taylor earned her Grammys after she sang out of tune with Stevie Nicks.
Taylor Swift’s label head jumped to her defense today, telling the press Swift’s Grammy-night performance may not have been note-perfect, but it captured why the 20-year-old is the “voice of a generation.” Big Machine CEO Scott Borchetta went on to say, “This is not American Idol. This is not a competition of getting up and seeing who can sing the highest note. This is about a true artist and writer and communicator. It’s not about that technically perfect performance.”
His comments about Idol riled Season One champion Kelly Clarkson, who immediately responded in an open letter on her I Am Kelly blog. “Thank you for that ‘Captain Obvious’ sense of humor because you know what, we not only hit the high notes, you forgot to mention we generally hit the ‘right’ notes as well,” Clarkson wrote. She signed her post “One of those contestants from American Idol who only made it because of her high notes.” Clarkson has two Grammy wins under her belt, and songwriting credits on some of her biggest hits, including “Because of You” and “Already Gone.”

Taylor Swift & Stevie Nicks – Full Live Performance at Grammy’s 2010
Ouch! Taylor Swift’s painfully weak, off-key vocal performance Sunday night at the Grammy Awards has become the subject of so much on-line controversy that some fans and music biz veterans alike are wondering if she’d have been better off not performing at all. At the very least, her karaoke-level singing made a good argument in favor of using Auto-Tune (the recording studio device that helps vocally challenged performers sound at least somewhat in in tune).
For the record, we winced through Swift’s similarly tone-deaf duet with Miley Cyrus during LAST year’s Grammys telecast. But since she wasn’t even nominated for an award, let alone the winner of four Grammys, including Album of the Year (as she was on Sunday), it apparently was less of an isssue.
Not so after her performance Sunday, which featured Swift opening with her own “Today Was A Fairytale,” then engaging in an alarmingly under-rehearsed duet on Fleetwood Mac’s “Rhiannon” with Stevie Nicks, who appeared both alarmed and annoyed by her young partner’s eyebrow-raising warbling. By the time the performance concluded, with Nicks relegated to backing vocal duties for Swift on the Butch Walker-penned “You Belong With Me,” it was reaffirmed that Swift might really benefit from lip-syncing or using Auto-Tune (not that Auto-Tune helped T-Pain and Jamie Foxx, whose earlier vocal duet on “Blame It” rivaled Swift’s performance for sheer wretchedness).
There are now at least three trending topics on Twitter about the debacle, including: “Taylor Swift Can’t Sing,” “Taylor Swift Offkey” and “Taylor Swift Pitch.” One of our favorite blogs, borowitzreport.com, quickly weighed in with some tweets of its own, including: “Satan Chooses Taylor Swift Performance as Ringtone” and “God Hoping Taylor Swift Does Not Thank Him.”
Taylor Swift’s reps have attempted to defend her reputation against the backlash but the internet is buzzing about her rumored romance with John Mayer, the fact she didn’t thank her fellow nominees and some suggested she need autotune to hit a note.
After taking home four trophies, it’s hard to call Taylor Swift’s Grammys experience an off night.
Still, many critics—albeit not us!—panned her duet with Stevie Nicks. The New York Times called her “painfully out of tune” and the San Diego Union-Tribune said, “her karaoke-level singing made a good argument in favor of using Auto-Tune.” Ouch!
Well, Taylor’s label chief, Scott Borchetta, thinks such reviews are way harsh and he is coming to her defense.
“I think are missing the whole voice of a generation that is happening right in front of them,” he declares to The Tennessean. Borchetta is so fired up about the haters, he’s even challenging them to a duel!
“The critics are missing the bigger picture,” he says. “This is what always happens and is the unfortunate part of the American dream—that we build these people up to watch the critics tear them down. Well, you better have more than what you’ve got now if you think you’re going to get in the ring and fight with us.”
As for the specific, Taylor-can’t-sing complaints swirling around the interwebs, Borchetta says her success as an artist is not about that.
“The facts say she is the undisputed best communicator that we’ve got. When she says something, when she sings something, when she feels something, it affects more people than anybody else.”
Presumably, he’s not just referring to the monetary effect T.Swizzle’s had on the music industry as a whole, but we digress.
“Maybe she’s not the best technical singer, but she’s probably the best emotional singer because everybody else who gets up there and is technically perfect, people don’t seem to want more of it,” he continues. “Everybody is not perfect on any given day. If you pick any of those artists that performed, I’m sure you can go online and find something where you go, ‘Ew.’
“Maybe in that moment we didn’t have the best night. But in the same breath, maybe we did. And nobody is arguing with the awards.”
