The advert, which sees the actress writhing around topless, was
deemed too sexy to be shown on U.S. TV earlier this week (beg04Aug08) -
with several networks refusing to air the footage.

  A clip of the promo became an instant hit on YouTube.com, with thousands of fans flocking to the internet to watch the ad.

  But the video has now been removed from the website after bosses deemed it unsuitable.

In an exclusive interview with OK!, Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both Britney and Kevin reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case today.

Kaplan tells OK!,
"At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney
Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the
following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean
Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation
rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to
the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner."

Miley Cyrus is speaking out about her Vanity Fair topless photoshoot scandal. Miley says the fallout was a good thing because the controversy makes her more human to her fans. The Hannah Montana creator had spoken out about the scandal and told the press to "leave Miley alone."

The Vanity Fair scandal got even bigger when Playboy founder Hugh Hefner offered Miley Cyrus a deal to pose for Playboy. Miley Cyrus is scheduled to host the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. She just released a "grown up" music video for her song 7 Things about a bad relationship.

The child star of Disney’s Hannah Montana franchise caused a furore when she was pictured apparently topless beneath a satin wrap.

However, in a new interview with Billboard magazine, the 15-year-old said: "I was embarrassed but also it’s like, every career thing that I do can’t be perfect, and sometimes my decisions are wrong.

"I think that just makes me even more relatable. I don’t think people will look at me any differently because they’re like, ‘You know what, I’m going to do stupid stuff too, and I’m going to make mistakes, and that’s fine.

"It still hurts when I think about it – but, you know what, it doesn’t mean that you can’t move on."

Indeed, Cyrus is now attempting to take her career in a more mature direction.

She has released a "grown up" new album, Breakout.

And she plans to call it quits on Hannah Montana by the time she turns 18. "It will wrap up eventually. I mean, I won’t be Hannah Montana by the time I’m 30. But we’ve only done two seasons, so we definitely want to work on that hopefully for another two years."

With her squeaky-clean image, Cyrus is held up as a role model to millions of young fans around the world.

She said: "It’s something I’ve been super-blessed with, that I’ve had the opportunity to spread the light. That doesn’t mean that I’m not going to make mistakes and do things that everyone’s going to be happy with, because there’s no such thing as perfection." source

On Thursday, publisher Thomas Nelson — which puts out inspirational literature and Bibles — issued a statement on its Web site insisting that the book, which is to be released under the title "Pop Culture Mom: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World," will not be a parenting guide, as had previously been reported, but rather a memoir.

"Lynne’s memoir will provide a window into the real-life world of fame and worldly success, including the toll it extracts from some who aspire to it," Michael S. Hyatt, the president and CEO of the publisher, said in the statement. "It will provide a much-needed corrective to a world obsessed with the wrong priorities."

Hyatt added, "We believe in redemption. Therefore, we are standing with Lynne and her family during this difficult time. Though the book has been delayed, we believe God is at work. The story is still being written, and we are confident in His ability to turn ashes into beauty."

According to People magazine, "Pop Culture Mom" is on indefinite hold. A spokesperson, who was not named, told the mag that "The book is delayed indefinitely. It’s delayed, not canceled." The book, which Publishers Weekly had previously described as "Lynne Spears’ personal story of raising high-profile children while coming from a low-profile Louisiana community," was actually put on hold last week, the spokesperson said. source

Jamie Lynn’s sister Britney, father Jamie and brother Bryan flew in Wednesday to be with her for the birth; her mother Lynne had been with her helping her get ready for the baby.
