Former Miss California Carrie Prejean is involved in another scandal after a leaked sextape video was released.  The beauty queen admitted during a Today show appearance that she made a tape but wouldn’t call it a sextape because she was a solo act.

Prejean claims she made the tape at 17 years old and sent the private “sexting” video to her boyfriend.

A legal standoff between Carrie Prejean and Miss California USA officials reportedly ended when a Pageant lawyer played his trump card: a sex tape far more hard-core than the nude pictures which had previously scandalized her – and in which she had the starring role.

After being shown the hardcore home video – in which she apparently engages in a solo sex act – Prejean dropped her million-dollar-plus demands, TMZ.com reports, and bolted from the negotiating table.

The tape has never been released publically.

The negotiations war ends with Prejean getting zilch, TMZ.com reports. Pageant officials will reportedly pay her lawyers and a publicist $100K, with nothing going directly to her.

The settlement also relieved Prejean of any financial obligations to pageant organizer K2Productions – including repaying her breast augmentation surgery.

Prejean, who was stripped of her Miss California crown in June, had filed suit against pageant officials claiming religious discrimination.

She found herself an unlikely political lightening rod and cause celebre for the Right for voicing faith-based opposition to gay marriage during the Q&A portion of the Miss USA pageant.

Prejean subsequently found herself squarely in the sites of Perez Hilton, the judge who’d asked the question.

The openly gay celebrity blogger excoriated Prejean on his Web site, and suggested her answer might have cost her the Miss USA title.

Officials say they relieved her of the title for failure to attend contractually-obligated appearances.

In addition to accusing her of failing to repay $5200 for the breast augmentation, their counter-suit alleged Prejean broke her contract and lied about semi-nude photos.

Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z had a date at Nello’s restaurant on the Upper East side.  According to sources the power couple dined and ran up a $1200 bill and left a hefty $500 dollar tip after they finished their meal.  It’s great to see these two out. It’s just a shame that Jay-Z doesn’t take Bey out for a meal in public too often. Jay-Z has to work on the PDA’s.

LADY GAGA & BEYONCE COLLABORATIONS INTERVIEW UPDATE

Lady Gaga revealed some details about her current collaboration with Beyonce on  the “Videophone”  music video shoot.

Gaga also spilled the beans about how she had no shame about jocking Beyonce’s style and is working on more projects with the diva in the future.

In other Gaga news, the singer has announced a series of collaborations with Beyoncé, in which the pop stars will trade off on two forthcoming singles, and possibly Lady Gaga’s second album.

“I want to do my version of Beyoncé,” Lady Gaga told New York’s Z100 radio station yesterday. Though she’s best known for far-out costumery and sullen posing, Lady Gaga took a different approach for her appearance in an forthcoming Beyoncé video. “ called me and she said, ‘What do you want to do?’” Lady Gaga revealed. “And I’m like, ‘I don’t want to show up in some frickin’ hair bow and be fashion Gaga in your video’. I said, ‘I want to do you.’”

And so there she is, in a photo leaked to the Perez Hilton blog: Lady Gaga with her hair (or perhaps her wig) down, standing in a Beyoncé-style white leotard. “The whole time I was learning the choreography they were calling me Gee-yoncé,” Gaga said.

That clip – for Beyoncé’s Video Phone single – isn’t the only team-up on the cards. The Crazy in Love singer guests on Telephone, a track from the forthcoming expanded edition of Lady Gaga’s debut album. Telephone was produced by Darkchild and is reportedly a future single.

That’s not all, though. Lady Gaga has suggested that she and Beyoncé may evencollaborate on songs that don’t have the word “phone” in their titles.

We are happy to report that poet laureate Maya Angelou is alive and well. A false TMZ report stated that the respected 80 something writer had been rushed to the hospital after a speaking engagement.  TMZ posted an update that they were told the wrong information. We send our best wishes to Ms. Angelou. We are glad to hear she is safe at home.
Octogenarian poet Maya Angelou was alive and well on Sunday, despite the dire overnight reports of online gossip site TMZ and a panicked army of Twitter followers.

TMZ reported on Saturday night that the prolific writer was hospitalized earlier in the evening ahead of a scheduled appearance at an awards show in Los Angeles.maya2 The report spread like wildfire through cyberspace, and Angelou became the top trending topic on Twitter as anguished members of the microblogging site passed around the news. Some morbid scribes added an “R.I.P.” for good measure.

The only problem is that 81-year-old Angelou was not ill, and was nowhere near Los Angeles. She was about 1,800 miles away in her hometown of St. Louis.

TMZ updated its story on Sunday to say that Angelou was never scheduled to appear at the event. It blamed the erroneous report on event organizers, saying that someone had told one of its cameramen that Angelou was a no-show because she had been hospitalized.

The online gossip community has had a mixed track record with recent deaths and mishaps. The emergence of Twitter means that such reports now get amplified. TMZ got the worldwide scoop on the death of Michael Jackson in June, but wrongly reported the following month that former UFC superstar Kimo Leopoldo had died. Last month, gossip columnist Perez Hilton claimed that former Charlie’s Angels star Jaclyn Smith had tried to commit suicide. It appeared to be a case of mistaken identity. Hilton also suggested in 2007 that Fidel Castro had died.

Aubrey O’Day went on youtube to blast her haters who posted unflattering nude pics of the singer online. In Aubrey’s video she tells everyone off and  reveals that she canceled her appearance on Peep show because she hated how her body looked. To our amazement Aubrey proceeded to shake her weave while taking off her top to flash her surgically enhanced breasts at the world. Aubrey we love you for being the cool, sexy and wild bisexual chic from Danity Kane but this is weird even for you…

Former Danity Kane member Aubrey O’Day has pulled out of the Wednesday (September 23) performance of her Las Vegas revue “Peepshow,” citing her disgust over nude photos hitting the Internet.

“Hey, everyone, Aubrey here,” she began a two-and-a-half-minute video that ends with her stripping nearly naked to show off her body on her own terms. “I’m making a video for you guys, because instead of being onstage at ‘Peepshow’ tonight, where I usually am, I decided to call tonight because of some nude photos that were illegally obtained last night at the show.”

In the video message, posted on her Web site, the 25-year-old O’Day said that following last night’s debut performance in “Peepshow” — a semi-nude stage extravaganza billed on the Planet Hollywood Web site as “a strip show you can take your wife to” — she was disturbed to learn that an audience member had taken photos of her and posted them on the Web. Of course, some outlets have pointed out that O’Day recently appeared nude in the March issue of Playboy, but she denies any claims of hypocrisy.

“Last night was my opening night, and it was such an amazing feeling, and I’ve been told by everyone that the performance that I gave was absolutely amazing, one of the best they’ve seen,” O’Day explained. “ made me feel like crap. It made me feel bad. It made me feel insecure about my body, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I felt this way in this industry.”

Judging by the look of the clip, O’Day shot the video in a hotel room, leaning against a wall. Explaining that she was “up screaming at attorneys, internationally and domestically, trying to get all these photos off the Internet last night,” the tired-looking O’Day rants about recent issues concerning her weight fluctuations, online judgments on her appearance and even calls out Perez Hilton, saying, “This is what I look like without makeup.”

“A lot of people may not understand what it feels like for women to be judged like that, but as you can see, I’m not performing, which is the one thing I love doing most. … I’m not going to let anyone like Perez Hilton say that Aubrey looks ugly un-Photoshopped,” she fumed, promising, “I am going to be back onstage at ‘Peepshow’ every night .”

O’Day ended the video by stripping off her shirt, exposing a see-through bra, while exclaiming, “This is what my body looks like, naturally.

“This is what I look like with my natural hair, uncombed — I just got out of bed, and this is what my body looks like naturally,” she said. “There you go, everyone, you can look at all the photos you like — yes, any cover that any celebrity has ever done has been retouched. But this is what I look like without my top on, and any photo that you see, especially the one from ‘Peepshow’ was an hour and a half performing while I was hitting a high note onstage.

“I guess my message is be comfortable with who you are, don’t let anybody tear you down, don’t let anyone make you feel not proud of your body,” said O’Day, who stars in “Peepshow” with “Girls Next Door” alum Holly Madison. “I’m sure every celebrity has battled with this throughout their career, feeling bad about themselves because of the bad that other people say about them. And I really hope that this inspires somebody to just say f— it.

“For me,” she concluded, “I would just like to say, ‘F— you!’ to all the haters.”

Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, eventually apologized to Black Eyed Peas singer Will.I.AM for slinging anti-gay slurs at the singer  in Canada. The blogger was caught on tape after his rant video went viral.  Perez Hilton is suing the Black Eyed Peas’ manager for the alleged assault.

Perez  published a statement on his blog but Hilton is still suffering from “foot in mouth disease”. Hilton confessed to the gay magazine “The Advocate” that he regretted calling Will.I.Am a gay slur because he really wanted to use racist language and call Will a ni@@er aka “the n word.”  This is really classy Perez way to go.  Can you believe this ish? Sorry to break it to you Mario aka Perez but although you say that “violence is never the answer” you can’t expect not to get your but kicked if you step to someone and call them a “n@gga” to their face.  Perez Hilton was lucky that he was able to walk away from the incident for just thinking he was going to say these vicious words.

Hilton, apparently not content to be the world’s leading purveyor of dirty celebrity doodles, is quixotically positioning himself as some sort of gay rights leader. Though, he’s going about it all the wrong ways.

In the new profile by Boston-based gaypert Benoit Denizet-Lewis, the vicious and rotund self-ascribed Queen of All Media practically pleads with his interviewer to please accept him as a Righteous Gay. The Advocate story was written and filed before The Incident, but Denizet-Lewis has spoken to Hilton since and added his quotes to the online version of the article. Hilton, never the intellectual high jumper, buried himself even deeper:

But Perez tells me that, in the heat of the moment that night, he almost chose to use a different word. “I thought about calling him the n word,” he says over the phone a week after the incident, “but I thought the f word was even worse. I was so filled with hate at that moment because I was hated on so much, and I reacted in the worst way possible. Then I went on to make a bunch of other mistakes. I shouldn’t have made the video. I shouldn’t have released so many statements. But what’s come out of all of this is that I’ve learned so much about myself, and I’m in a much better place. I’m actually thankful that it happened. As cheesy as it may sound, I had almost a spiritual moment when I just let all of the anger and worry go and am now filled with peace, happiness, and wisdom.

Aw. Isn’t that… vaguely horrifying. In seeking the forgiveness of the gay community (or not forgiveness, I don’t think Hilton is concerned with forgiveness, but some weird meta thing somewhere between forgiveness and fear), Hilton decides to have us congratulate him for not saying the racist thing he was thinking. Terrific.
