Nas and his pregnant wife R&B singer Kelis are getting divorced.  According to TMZ  Nas doesn’t want to write any checks to Kelis and is trying not to pay a penny to his ex wife. This is not even realistic Nas.Kelis is gonna get paid something because she is having a baby.

Nas, one of the biggest and richest rappers around, does not want to pay his estranged, pregnant wife, Kelis, a penny in spousal support.

Kelis filed for divorce April 30. She’s weeks from giving birth and unable to work, but no matter to Nas — he’s filed his response to the divorce, asking the judge to deny her the spousal support she’s seeking. For bad measure, he also wants her to pay her own lawyer’s fees.

Nas and Kelis both want joint custody of their unborn child.

Kelis cites “irreconcilable differences” for the divorce, but we’re told she believes he was cheating on her and that’s what buzz-killed the marriage.

Outkast rapper and lead singer Andre 3000 was arrested for speeding. Remember the OutKast hit song Hey Ya!

Revered Atlanta rapper Andre 3000 was arrested outside of Atlanta on
Saturday (March 28), for driving his 2007 Porsche Carrera at speeds so
excessive police called him “an accident waiting to happen.”

According to a report by local ABC-affiliate WSB-TV Monday afternoon
(March 30), the Grammy Award winning rapper/actor was arrested by a
member of the Henry County Police Department’s Highway Enforcement of
Aggressive Traffic Team early Saturday morning.

The officer stated that he clocked Andre 3000, born Andre Benjamin,
at 109 mph, 44 mph over the 65 mph speed limit along that stretch of
I-75.

 
Benjamin was arrested for the danger he posed to other drivers.

“Traveling that fast along 75, you’re passing people as if they’re
standing still,” explained Henry County Police Captain Jason Bolton.
“It’s an accident waiting to happen.”

 
The arrest comes as State Representative Jim Cole is lobbying for a
new Super Speeder Bill to be passed in the state of Georgia.

Miley Cyrus is speaking out about her Vanity Fair topless photoshoot scandal. Miley says the fallout was a good thing because the controversy makes her more human to her fans. The Hannah Montana creator had spoken out about the scandal and told the press to "leave Miley alone."

The Vanity Fair scandal got even bigger when Playboy founder Hugh Hefner offered Miley Cyrus a deal to pose for Playboy. Miley Cyrus is scheduled to host the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. She just released a "grown up" music video for her song 7 Things about a bad relationship.

The child star of Disney’s Hannah Montana franchise caused a furore when she was pictured apparently topless beneath a satin wrap.

However, in a new interview with Billboard magazine, the 15-year-old said: "I was embarrassed but also it’s like, every career thing that I do can’t be perfect, and sometimes my decisions are wrong.

"I think that just makes me even more relatable. I don’t think people will look at me any differently because they’re like, ‘You know what, I’m going to do stupid stuff too, and I’m going to make mistakes, and that’s fine.

"It still hurts when I think about it – but, you know what, it doesn’t mean that you can’t move on."

Indeed, Cyrus is now attempting to take her career in a more mature direction.

She has released a "grown up" new album, Breakout.

And she plans to call it quits on Hannah Montana by the time she turns 18. "It will wrap up eventually. I mean, I won’t be Hannah Montana by the time I’m 30. But we’ve only done two seasons, so we definitely want to work on that hopefully for another two years."

With her squeaky-clean image, Cyrus is held up as a role model to millions of young fans around the world.

She said: "It’s something I’ve been super-blessed with, that I’ve had the opportunity to spread the light. That doesn’t mean that I’m not going to make mistakes and do things that everyone’s going to be happy with, because there’s no such thing as perfection." source

The suit also accused Wendy Williams of trying to hire the same WBLS employee to kill her husband. Dang! Wendy Williams is really bringing the heat. This is getting out of hand with the Wendy Williams/ Kevin Hunter soap opera drama . First there was a sexual harassment suit followed by the Kevin Hunter sextape video scandal. Shock jock Wendy Williams’ husband plotted to kill a Hot 97 rival DJ for badmouthing his wife on the air, an explosive federal lawsuit filed charges Wednesday.

Kevin Hunter, who is married to Williams, sought out a male WBLS employee for help in finding a hitman to rub out Hot 97 personality Tarsha Jones, the lawsuit claims.

Hunter "was apparently angry over some comments that Miss Jones made about his wife on the air," the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court claims.

A lawyer for Hunter and Williams could not immediately be reached for comment.

The blistering allegations are included in a federal sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Nicole Spence, a 29-year-old talent booker for "The Wendy Williams Experience." source
